Father attends graduation march in Koronadal with standee of deceased son

It is the dream of every parent to watch their children finish their studies and participate in the graduation march.

In a video taken in Koronadal City, Felipe was seen holding a standee of his son, Mark, who finished Bachelor of Arts in English amid cheers among the other graduates and participants of the closing ceremonies of the school.

Mark was not able to attend the event. He passed away due to asthma.

The standee was the idea of Mark's friends, who said that he dreamed to attend the graduation with his father.

The school allowed Felipe to carry with him the standee of his son to symbolize the dream and love that was shared by the father and his son. -- BAP, GMA News
