Catanduanes school damaged by Typhoon Rolly to receive 3 classrooms from Kapuso Foundation

A public school in Panganiban, Catanduanes is getting a much-needed rehabilitation after the damage caused by Typhoon Rolly last year.

According to a report on "24 Oras," Monday, Mabini Elementary School is set to receive three new classrooms from the GMA Kapuso Foundation.

The new facilities will help the school provide better education for its students, among them the three children of Ruby Malto.

"It's important that they finish their studies even though we are poor," said the mother of six, who does laundry services, sells kakanin, and cuts grass to provide for her family.

The Kapuso Foundation is accepting donations through bank deposits, Cebuana Lhuiller, and Pay Maya. Vouchers can also be bought from Shopee and Zalora.
