Two victims caught in Cebu City construction site ‘cave in’ –CCDRRMO

At least two victims were caught at a construction site "cave in" in Cebu City's Barangay Apas at around noon on Saturday, the Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CCDRRMO) reported in a Facebook post.

Search and Rescue Teams were able to extricate the second victim from the cave in at 12:31 p.m.

Unfortunately, according to the CCDRRMO, the victim had no signs of life and had a head injury. — DVM, GMA News
