Students in Aurora receive gift packs from GMA Kapuso Foundation

More than a thousand students in San Luis in Aurora who were hit by the onslaught of Typhoon Ulysses last year received gift packs from the GMA Kapuso Foundation.

According to a report on “24 Oras” on Friday, the gift packs were given to students as part of GMAKF's “Give a Gift” project.

“Ang pamunuan po ng DepEd Aurora ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa GMA Kapuso Foundation. Patuloy pa po tayong nagbibigay ng biyaya para sa ating mga leaarners,” DepEd Aurora assistant school superintendente Danilo Jacoba said.

Aside from the gift packs, GMAKF also donated medical supplies to the Aurora Memorial Hospital.

“Ito po ay para sa mga walang kakayahang bumili ng gamot. Malaki po ang ma-extend na tulong nito,” Aurora Memorial Hospital head Dr. Vladimir Enriquez said.
