10-year-old boy dies, 5 others hurt in Cotabato helium tank blast

A 10-year-old boy has died while five others, including three children, were injured after a helium gas tank exploded in Norala, South Cotabato.

In a report on Saksi on Monday, the family of the victims are involved in selling balloons.

They were in town to sell the balloons.

According to an initial report, when the helium gas tank has been emptied one of the victims placed a chemical.
