Cabagan, Isabela residents ask Kuya Wil for help in rebuilding homes
Residents in Cabagan, Isabela whose houses were ravaged by Typhoon Ulysses have sought the help of Kapuso TV host Willie Revillame.
According to Jonathan Andal’s report on “24 Oras” on Wednesday, the residents are also appealing to the government to provide a machine that would help remove the flood in the area.
Residents said the flooding, which reached the second floor of the houses, was the worst they have experienced.
“Mahirap dito.
Further, the residents asked for donations of water and food packs as all of their belongings were taken by the flood.
