Strong winds, heavy rainfall experienced in Naga City due to Rolly

Strong winds and heavy rainfall were experienced in Naga City on Sunday morning even before Super Typhoon Rolly passed over Camarines Sur.
GMA News' Saleema Refran reported that it has been raining in Naga City since Saturday evening but it grew heavier before 7 a.m. on Sunday coupled with strong winds.

Forced evacuation has been implemented in Camarines Sur starting Saturday evening, especially those residing in coastal areas.
As of 1 a.m., more than 33,000 families have already been evacuated to safer grounds.
The Camarines Sur Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office has advised residents not to go out of their houses anymore due to violent and catastrophic winds battering the province.
