PNR train barred from entering barangay in Laguna
A train of the Philippine National Railways was barred from entering a barangay in Calamba City, Laguna on Monday, according to Isa Avendaño-Umali’s report on Super Radyo dzBB.
Roel Santos, the uploader of the video, said residents prohibited the train from passing through because their barangay was on “total lockdown” and the train had no travel pass.
“Nag-operate po ng walang travel pass at walang abiso (ang PNR train) eh total lockdown po dito,” Santos said.
