Baste Duterte now considered a person under monitoring for COVID-19

Presidential son Davao City Vice Mayor Sebastian "Baste" Duterte is now a person under monitoring (PUM) for COVID-19 after manifesting symptoms, his sister Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte said.

According to Mayor Sara, Baste had fever, cough and sore throat and is now under home quarantine and being monitored by a doctor, according to a report by Super Radyo Davao reporter Rodel Natad on Dobol B sa News TV aired on GMA News TV.

Baste was in Manila four weeks ago.

Mayor Sara told Baste not to avail of the COVID-19 testing as supply of kits is limited, and best to have the testing made available to those with more severe symptoms. —KG, GMA News
