Drone footage shows smoking Taal Volcano crater
A closer look at the rumbling Taal Volcano was captured by a drone on Wednesday by GMA News.
According to a Balitanghali report by Raffy Tima, the drone footage captured steam emanating from the crater and other areas of the volcano, although no thick ash columns were seen.
The entire Volcano Island was also blanketed by ash.

Taal Lake is noticeably more shallow than usual as an effect of the volcanic activities, something that was earlier predicted by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology.
The video captured some residents attending to their fish pens or attempting to retrieve items from their homes.
Barangay Boso-Boso has been placed under lockdown due to the unrest of the volcano.
