Newborn infant kidnapped from clinic in Misamis Oriental

A newborn infant was abducted from a birthing clinic in Gingoog City in Misamis Oriental, according to a report on Unang Balita on Tuesday.

The infant was kidnapped early morning on Sunday and the act was caught on CCTV, which also showed the suspect who hurriedly left the facility with the child.

The incident occurred when there was no security guard in the area.

Authorities already released an artist's sketch of the suspect.

A reward of P15,000 was raised by the local government unit for those who can provide information that would lead to the capture of the suspect. — BAP, GMA News
