Fire guts 100 Davao City homes

A fire gutted some 100 homes in Davao City's Barangay 23-C, GMA News TV program "Balitanghali Weekend" reported on Saturday.

According to firefighters, the fire started at a boarding house.

While arson investigators have yet to conclude their investigation into the fire, neighbors claimed that power lines connected to the boarding house had started the fire. — DVM, GMA News
