Pacman's coach Buboy Fernandez wins vice mayoral seat in Polangui, Albay

Senator Manny Pacquiao's boxing coach Buboy Fernandez was proclaimed as vice mayor of Polangui, Albay, according to GMA News reporter Mav Gonzales on Tuesday.

Fernandez, a local bet of the PDP-Laban political party, defeated two other contenders for the post.
