Love triangle eyed as motive in Cebu coffee shop shooting


The police are looking into the existence of a love triangle as a motive in the shooting to death of two people in a coffee shop in Cebu City on Wednesday, according to a report on GMA's Saksi on Friday.

The police suspect that the gunman was a professional killer.

A video shows that a man opened fire as soon as he arrived.

John Michael Hermoso, the managing partner of the coffee shop, and Kis Tryvl Ramos, who was the cashier at the time of the shooting, died while those who sustained injuries were Sherwin Dean Rivera and Jerome Amada. —BAP, GMA News
