Heavy rains cause flooding in Cavite, Bulacan provinces
Heavy rains spawned by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) caused flooding in some areas in the provinces of Cavite and Bulacan on Wednesday morning.
In a video taken by a YouScooper, the area in front of SM Bacoor along Aguinaldo Highway is flooded.
The flooded area was passable for light vehicles but not for motorcycles.

According to YouScooper Peter Paul Cuadra, knee-deep flood affected the residents of Barangay Sto. Domingo in Cainta, Rizal.
The council members of the barangay offered a free ride on a firetruck to assist the residents in the area.
Some of the residents have been transported to the barangay hall by the evacuation team.
In Hagonoy, most of the flood water that submerged several areas on Tuesday has subsided as of Wednesday afternoon, according to Oscar Oida's report on Balitanghali.
However, some residents in a low-lying area in Barangay Sagrada Familia urged the local government to have the river in their area dredged, saying they only expect the water to rise again when the tide comes in.
Habagat enhanced by a low-pressure area and Tropical Storm Son-Tinh (formerly Tropical Storm Henry) caused the intermittent heavy rains over several Luzon provinces.
Monsoon rains are also experienced in Metro Manila, the Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region, the Cagayan Valley Region, and Mimaropa (Region 4-B). —Maia Tria/LBG/KG/KBK/BM, GMA News
