Cebu Pacific plane overshoots Iloilo airport runway
Cebu Pacific reported that an incident involving one of their planes, Flight 5J 461, occurred at the Iloilo International Airport on Friday.

The company said that based on initial reports, the aircraft veered to the side of runway after landing. The Captain then initiated an evacuation.
"Cebu Pacific is working with the authorities to investigate the incident and expedite the re-opening of the airport runway," it added.
According to reports, the plane overshot the runway at the airport late Friday evening.
A Facebook post of one of the passengers described the landing as "horrifying."
Meanwhile, the airline said "all 180 passengers and six crew members of Flight 5J 461 (Manila-Iloilo) are safe and accounted for."
"The crew initiated emergency evacuation. All passengers are accounted for and are safe. They are being attended to by airport personnel," the airline company posted on its official social media account.
