Bulacan jail gets four new prison cells, fans

Four new prison cells have been added to the provincial jail in Sta. Maria, Bulacan to accommodate the number of detainees.

According to a report on Unang Balita on Wednesday, the number of detainees ballooned due to the government's war on drugs.

Authorities also provided additional electric fans for proper ventilation and to prevent illnesses due to the hot weather. —KG, GMA News
