Pampanga courts set dates for arraignment of actor Mark Anthony Fernandez

The two Pampanga courts have set the dates of the arraignment of actor Mark Anthony Fernandez after both proceedings were suspended on Wednesday, a GMA News report said.

This was after the actor was arrested in Angeles City, Pampanga on Monday night for allegedly possessing a kilo of marijuana.

The formal reading of the charges against Fernandez for his alleged violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act will resume on October 24.

Meanwhile, the arraignment for Fernandez’s simple resistance and disobedience after he supposedly tried to run away from the police during his arrest is set on November 17.

Angeles City Regional Trial Court Branch 60 on Thursday dismissed charges related to his drug use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
