Shopkeeper killed, 8 injured in Antipolo truck crash

A 24-wheel truck crashed into a poultry supplies-store at the corner of the Marcos and Sumulong Highways in Antipolo City Monday afternoon, killing the store's shopkeeper and injuring eight others.

GMA 7 late night news program “Saksi” reported that among those injured was the truck driver, the driver's assistant, two other shopkeepers, and four bystanders.

The truck, which was carrying a several tons of gravel, also managed to crash into an ambulance and two other vehicles before crashing into the shop.
