Classes suspended in Dinagat Islands, Biliran town

Classes were suspended in the Dinagat Islands as well as in a town in Biliran were suspended Monday as state weather agency PAGASA warned of heavy rain in the Visayas due to Typhoon Henry (Matmo).

 

The Department of Education said Monday noon that classes up to high school were suspended in the Dinagat Islands.

It also said classes were suspended in all levels in Kawayan town in Biliran.

 

Earlier, classes in Naval and Almeria towns also in Biliran were suspended at all levels. —Joel Locsin/NB, GMA News
