Grenade explodes at Iglesia ni Cristo compound in Cotabato

KIDAPAWAN CITY, Philippines – A grenade exploded on Saturday at the compound of an Iglesia ni Cristo church along the national highway in Carmen, Cotabato, according to Senior Police Officer 2 Educardo Gatela of the Kidapawan City Police. No was reported injured in the incident, which happened shortly before noon. Police are now looking for two men who were riding on a motorcycle. A witness, 39-year-old farmer Romeo Castro, told investigators that he saw the motorcycle stop and one of the men lob a grenade into the compound. - GMANews.TV
