28 gangs, frats sign pact to stop rumbles in Baguio

MANILA, Philippines - Members of at least 28 local gangs and fraternities in Baguio City have agreed to set aside their differences to stop the rumbles in the city, a radio report said Wednesday. Radio dzRH reported that leaders of the gangs gathered at the mayor's office and said it is time to stop fighting, as they promoted their "brotherhood for peace." The gangs had been linked to several rumbles and disturbances in past years, including a recent rumble that injured at least four people. - GMANews.TV
