Chinese Navy continues shadowing Balikatan vessels in the WPS

The BRP Ramon Alcaraz and the French frigate Vendemiare continue their operations in the West Philippine Sea on Sunday, April 28, 2024, despite the presence of a Chinese Huangshan frigate.
