14 party-lists top Feb 2025 OCTA survey

Fourteen party-list groups are poised to secure at least one seat in the House of Representatives, based on a non-commissioned survey conducted by the OCTA Research last month.

Based on the latest Tugon ng Masa nationwide survey conducted from February 22 to 28, 2025, the following party-list groups would be assured of at least one seat in the lower chamber if the May 2025 elections were held during the survey period:

  1. 4PS (5.74%)
  2. ACT-CIS (4.83%)
  3. GP (GALING SA PUSO) (3.88%)
  4. Tingog (3.54%)
  5. Ako Bicol (3.51%)
  6. Uswag Ilonggo (3.35%)
  7. Duterte Youth (3.16%)
  8. FPJ Panday Bayanihan (2.50%)
  9. Nanay (2.47%)
  10. Senior Citizens (2.19%)
  11. Ang Probinsyano (2.12%)
  12. Abono (2.08%)
  13. Tupad (2.03%)
  14. PPP (2.02%)

OCTA said that out of the 155 party-list organizations seeking House seats in the midterm polls, the abovementioned 14 groups got more than two percent support from adult Filipinos and may therefore secure at least one guaranteed seat.

The survey used face-to-face interviews of 1,200 male and female aged 18 and above. It has a ±3% margin of error at a 95% confidence level.
