Vince Dizon takes oath as DOTr chief

Vivencio “Vince” Dizon took his oath Friday as secretary of the Department of Transportation.

Dizon, who replaced former Transportation chief Jaime Bautista, took his oath of office before President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

Dizon, former president of the Bases and Conversion Development Authority (BCDA), previously served as deputy chief implementer of the National Task Force Against COVID-19 under the Duterte administration.

He was also the former presidential adviser for flagship programs and projects.
