ACT-CIS tops latest OCTA Research partylist survey


The Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support (ACT-CIS) was the top partylist chosen by the majority of Filipinos for the 2025 National Elections, OCTA Research said Tuesday.

According to their most recent Tugon ng Masa survey, ACT-CIS Partylist received 6.46% of the votes from survey respondents.

They were followed by the 4PS partylist with a 5.62% vote in second place, and the Duterte Youth partylist with 3.95% vote.

The rest of the top 15 partylists are as follows:

  • FPJ Panday Bayanihan – 3.84%
  • Tingog – 3.63%
  • Uswag Ilonggo – 3.49%
  • GP (Galing sa Puso) – 3.43%
  • Ako Bicol – 2.90%
  • Abang Lingkod - 2.38%
  • 4K – 2.34%
  • Senior Citizens – 2.27%
  • AGAP – 2.27%
  • Agimat – 2.25%
  • Malasakit@Bayanihan – 2.17%
  • PPP – 2.00%

Just outside the Top 15 were Abamin Partylist with 1.80%, and 1-Rider Partylist with 1.65%.

“If the May 2025 elections were held during the survey period, fifteen party-list groups would be assured of at least one seat in the House of Representatives,” said OCTA research in their study.

The study noted that top 3 groups were anticipated to land at least 3 seats in the House, while the rest may secure at least 2 seats each.

Data from the survey was gathered through face-to-face interviews of 1,200 respondents nationwide, conducted from January 25 to 31, 2025.  The survey had a ±3% margin of error at a 95% confidence level. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/RF, GMA Integrated News
