Imee denies feud with President Marcos

Senator Imee Marcos denied on Friday that she is feuding with her brother, President Ferdinand

Senator Imee Marcos denied on Friday that she is feuding with her brother, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.

(Of course, he is still my brother, and there’s no trouble within our family. The real issue comes from those surrounding both sides.)

(You know how it is—there are plenty of gossipmongers, envious people, and ambitious ones already rushing ahead to 2028. That’s still a long way off. Let’s allow Bongbong and Vice President Sara Duterte to finish their terms first. All this constant infighting—I don’t like it, which is why I sometimes step away.)

Despite her decision to run as an independent, Imee attended the first two campaign rallies of the Alyansa Para sa Bagong Pilipinas 2025 senatorial slate, including Tuesday’s kick-off rally in Ilocos Norte.
