University of San Carlos graduate tops December 2024 CPA licensure exam

A graduate from the University of San Carlos (USC) is the topnotcher of the Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants administered on December 2024, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

Jianne Ilysse Dy Yu garnered a percentage rating of 89.67, the highest among the examinees. There were 10,136 Accounting graduates who took the licensure exam and 3,058 passed.

The top performing schools with 50 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing percentage are: University of the Philippines - Diliman and De La Salle University - Manila.
