Kristine's winds cause pedestrians to skid in QC
Severe Tropical Storm Kristine may have already exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Friday afternoon but the heavy downpour and strong winds wreaked havoc on various parts of Luzon and the National Capital Region.

Outside of Metro Manila, the wind blew away roofs like paper in front of a mall in Laguna.
Further, rescuers had to use a rope to save the residents of Barangay Casile and Barangay San Antonio in Biñan.
The Cordillera Administrative Region was also affected by Kristine as huge blocks of earth fell in Lubuagan, Kalinga.
The rockslide almost hit the rescue volunteers and inspection team of the local disaster risk reduction and management office. Fortunately, no one was hurt.

At one point, the flood reached waist-deep on early Friday morning.

Several cars in Agoncillo, Batangas were covered in mud in the aftermath of the storm.
