Palace: Half-day classes, gov't work on Oct. 31, 2024

Malacañang has suspended work in government offices and classes at all levels from noon onwards on October 31, 2024, to allow employees to travel to and from the provinces to observe Undas.

Signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Tuesday, Memorandum Circular 67 states that agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The Palace left the suspension of work for private companies and offices to the discretion of their respective heads. — VBL, GMA Integrated News
