University of Cebu grad tops Naval Architects Computer-based Licensure exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that two graduates occupied the top spots in the Naval Architects Computer-based Licensure Examination administered this month.

University of Cebu graduate Jose Rivera Flores is the topnotcher with with an 83.70 percentage rating while Namei Polytechnic Institute's Joseph Calinacion Dimaano placed second with 80.00 percentage rating.

Flores and Dimaano scored the highest among 43 examinees who successfully hurdled the examination that was administered by the Board of Naval Architecture in NCR this October 2024.
