Ex-Agrarian Reform Sec. Hernani Braganza is Aksyon Dapat Partylist first nominee

Aksyon Dapat party-list on Tuesday filed its certificate of nomination and acceptance (CONA) for the 2025 midterm elections with former Agrarian Reform Secretary Hernani Braganza as its first nominee.

Aksyon Dapat advocates access to education and health services for all Filipinos.

“We can capacitate tertiary hospitals in the country as well as look into yung Philhealth natin. I-reduce natin yung out-of-pocket expenses sa Philhealth (Let us reduce our out-of-pocket expenses in Philhealth),” Braganza said.

Braganza was a member of the peace negotiation panel for peace talks with the CPP-NDF-NPA in 2001.  

He was then appointed as presidential adviser for political affairs in 2003 and won his first term as mayor in Alaminos, Pangasinan in 2004.
