Nora Aunor is People's Champ party-list second nominee

People's Champ party-list on Monday filed its certificate of nomination and acceptance (CONA) for the 2025 midterm elections with veteran actress Nora Aunor as its second nominee.

A multi-awarded actress, Nora Aunor said she aims to help the entertainment industry and those in need if ever she ends up in the House of Representatives.

“Para sa industriya po ng pelikulang Pilipino, mga kasamahan kong artista, yung mga maliliit na mga nagtatrabaho sa industriya ng pelikulang Pilipino, sa musika, at siyempre sa ating mga na kelangan talaga ng tulong, yung mga mahihirap po,” Nora Aunor said.

(For the Filipino film industry, my fellow artists and others working in the industry. And, of course, those who are in need, the poor.)

The party-list group advocates for contractual workers, health workers, and those who work in the agriculture and entertainment industries. —KBK, GMA Integrated News
