Free entrance for Intramuros landmarks on Sept. 27
The Intramuros Administration is offering free entrance to some historical landmarks inside the walled city in celebration of the World Tourism Day on Friday.
According to an advisory on Thursday, the following landmarks will have free entrance on the following hours:
- Fort Santiago - 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Baluarte San Diego - 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Casa Manila Museum - 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Museo de Intramuro -: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Interested visitors only need to vote for Intramuros, which is currently nominated as the World’s Leading Tourist Attraction, at https://www.worldtravelawards.com/vote and present the screenshot at the site’s entrance.
Intramuros previously won the World’s Leading Tourist Attraction in 2020, and also awarded as Asia’s Leading Tourist Attraction in 2016, 2020, 2022, and 2024. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/AOL, GMA Integrated News
