President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has declared special non-working holidays in various cities and municipalities.

Proclamation No. 680 - Commemoration of the birth of Llanes-Escoda, a World War II heroine and Girl Scouts of the Philippines founder, on September 20 in Dingras, Ilocos Norte. 

Proclamation No. 681 - 452nd founding anniversary of San Mateo, Rizal on September 21. 

Proclamation No. 682 - Celebration of the Provincial Indigenous People’s Day in Mountain Province on October 4. 

Proclamation No. 683 - 33rd Araw ng Guipos on October 7 in Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur. 

Proclamation No. 684 - Aldaw Ti Wayawaya-lli A Narvacan in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur on October 23. 

Proclamation No. 685 - Cimarrones Festival in Pili, Camarines Sur on October 24. 

Proclamation No. 686 - Founding anniversary of Lemery, Batangas on October 25. 

Meanwhile, Proclamation No. 687 declared a special working day in Maria Aurora, Aurora Province, on September 23 in connection with the birth anniversary of Maria Aurora Aragon Quezon.
