Quiboloy, others plead not guilty in child abuse cases —lawyer
Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader Pastor Apollo Quiboloy and his other co-accused pleaded not guilty for the child and sexual abuse cases filed against them before a Quezon City court, one of their lawyers said.
“Plea of not guilty sa lahat doon sa (in all of them in) Quezon City court,” Quiboloy’s legal counsel Atty. Mark Tolentino told reporters in an interview.
According to him, the arraignment in the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 106, which was attended by the accused virtually, started around 1:15 p.m. and ended around 2:10 p.m.
The same information was confirmed by Quiboloy's other counsel, Israelito Torreon, in a report on GMA Integrated News Bulletin.
