In a text message to reporters, Senate President Francis "Chiz" Escudero relayed information from Senate Secretary Renato Bantug Jr. that the Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms is already in coordination with the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) for the serving of arrest orders against Guo's sister.

"[Senate Sergeant-at-Arms] Gen. [Roberto] Ancan po is now coordinating with MIAA for the service of the order of arrest kay Sheila upon her repatriation," Bantug, as quoted by Escudero, said.

Guo's sister, Sheila is among the personalities ordered arrested by the Senate last July.

Meanwhile, the Senate  Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality has an outstanding subpoena against Ong.

"As to Cassandra Ong po, we are coordinating po with the staff of Sen. Risa [Hontiveros] for a possible contempt citation and disposition of Sen Win’s pending motiong to cite her in contempt. But House [of Representatives] has an outstanding warrant daw for Cassandra," Bantug said.

In a separate text message, Escudero said he has instructed Bantug and Ancan to coordinate with their House counterparts with regard to the enforcement by the House of the outstanding arrest order against Ong.

He added that Bantug and Ancan was told to coordinate with the House of Representatives to "ensure her compliance with the subpoena issued by the Senate (which was not properly served given that she was already in hiding perhaps at that time), should the Senate committee so require her attendance in coordination with the House."
