In a 5 p.m. advisory, the state weather bureau raised the rainfall warning over Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga and Tarlac. It warned the public of flooding in flood-prone areas.

Meanwhile, the weather bureau said the Bulacan, Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, and Quezon may experience light to moderate with occasional heavy rains within the next three hours.

The light to moderate with occasional heavy rains being experienced in Nueva Ecija may also persist within three hours.
