Angat Buhay relaunches Bayanihan E-Konsulta amid Carina, Habagat flooding
Angat Buhay Foundation, the non-government organization launched by former vice president Leni Robredo, has reopened its online medical consultation platform Bayanihan E-Konsulta amid the effects of Super Typhoon Carina and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.
The NGO on Wednesday said the Bayanihan E-Konsulta is available to those who want free consultation, especially for leptospirosis prophylaxis as severe flooding hit Metro Manila and nearby regions.

However, Angat Buhay said that it cannot cater to emergency cases, saying those should be immediately referred to the nearest hospital or clinic.
Emergency cases include non-stop bleeding, chest pain, unconsciousness, sudden numbness, difficulty in breathing, and suicidal tendencies.
