Parts of NLEX not passable due to floods

Parts of the Northe Luzon Expressway were not passable Wednesday morning due to floods brought by Typhoon Carina and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

NLEX Corp. issued an advisory to motorists that several areas along its toll roads are not passable due to floods brought by Typhoon Carina.

Signal number 1 was raised over Batanes while signal number 2 was hoisted over Babuyan Islands, northern portion of mainland Cagayan, and the northern portion of Ilocos Norte. —VAL, GMA Integrated News
