PRC releases June, July master plumbers licensure examination results


Sixty-nine test takers passed the special professional licensure examination for master plumbers held overseas in June, while 2,936 passed the licensure exam held locally earlier this month, the Professional Regulation Commission said.

In a statement, the PRC said that 69 out of 130 passed the exam given by the Board for
Master Plumbers in testing centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Al-Khobar, Jeddah, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain; and Singapore in June.

In a separate statement, the PRC said 2,936 out of 6,191 passed the master plumbers licensure examination given by the board in test centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Puerto Princesa earlier this month.

Achieving the highest score of 89.00% is Jobrylle John Tarrazona Simbahon of the Technological University of the Philippines-Visayas, while the top performing school with at least 10 examineed is the University of the Philippines-Los Baños, with 14 of its 15 test takers passing.
