Vlogger Toni Fowler ordered arrested, posts bail

A Pasay court has ordered the arrest of vlogger Toni Fowler, according to Luisito Santos' report Friday on Super Radyo dzBB.

The Pasay Regional Trial Court-Branch 108 issued a warrant of arrest against the vlogger over her alleged violation of Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code, in relation to Section 6 of Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

According to a dzBB report by Nimfa Ravelo on Friday, Fowler posted a cash bond bail worth P120,000 late in the afternoon.

The violation was in relation to the complaints lodged by the Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas (KSMBP) against Fowler in September 2023 over her "obscene" music videos.

The KSMBP had asserted that Fowler's alleged obscene lyrics and acts in her music videos violated the bounds of freedom of expression.
