House and lot raffled off in OP's 'Family Day' celebration in Malacañang

The 'Family Day' for the employees of the Office of the President (OP) kicked off on Saturday.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. led the opening of the two-day "Family Day" for employees of the Office of the President (OP) on Saturday.

According to the President, "major prizes" will be given away to the employees including a house and lot.

(Stay, and you might win a house and lot. I was actually surprised about the prizes.)

Marcos said this is their way of thanking employees for their hard work this past year.

“Kami naman na namumuno ng Office of the President, lahat po ng nandito ay parang ito na ang aming paraan upang magpasalamat sa inyong lahat, sa inyong napakagandang trabaho na ibinibigay,” said Marcos.

(This is our way of thanking all of you for doing a good job.)

The President went on to say that the success of his administration depends on how reliable and competent the staff of the OP.

(No matter how good a leader is, it won't amount to anything if the people around him are not as good and as hardworking.)

(Thank you for your hard work this past year. Because of your dedication, we were able to provide good service to the public.)

Marcos also said that it's also their way of giving OP workers the opportunity to spend quality time with their families.

(We know we ask you to do a lot of things and you spend a lot of time at work. That's why we want to make it up to you and have this kind of event for your family and enjoy with them.) —VAL, GMA Integrated News
