Imelda yet to decide if she will attend Marcos’ 2nd SONA, says Imee

Former First Lady Imelda Marcos has yet to decide if she will attend her son, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s second State of the Nation Address after her physicians advised against it, Senator Imee Marcos said Monday.

“Kino-convince namin. Gusto pumunta pero pinagbabawalan pa ng doktor kasi masyadong marami daw tao,” Marcos said in an ambush interview before the opening of the Senate session.

[We are convincing here. She likes to go but her doctor is against it because there would be so many people.]

Asked if the former First Lady will just watch the SONA virtually, Senator Marcos said: “Ewan ko last two minutes magde-decide ‘yon.”
