Marcos: Filipinos opt for livelihood over dole outs
President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. said his administration will keep its focus on providing people jobs and opportunities to earn, saying Filipinos want livelihood not dole outs.
He touted government projects including the consolidated rice production and mechanization program in South Cotabato, which he said are targeted to improve farming production and subsequently, lower food prices.
He also said some government agencies distributed assistance that provided not only financial aid but also livelihood support to the people.
