On Tuesday night, the flood slowed traffic along EDSA-Pasay Rotonda while many commuters were seen stranded along Taft Avenue corner EDSA.
Davao City was also affected by floods as muddy water entered some houses in Barangay Panacan.
In Tacurong City, a total of 11 families were evacuated from Purok Pagasa due to the flood.
Some residents in Barangay Buenaflor were forced to stay at home after rains inundated the surrounding areas.
Major roads in Koronadal City were also flooded resulting in slow traffic.
In Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, a rockslide was seen near the highway. Authorities immediately cleared the road. No casualties or injuries were reported.
