Marcos names Carlos David as DENR undersecretary

President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has named Carlos Primo Constantino David as undersecretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

Malacañang confirmed this to reporters on Tuesday.

David, a geologist, is a member of the National Panel of Technical Experts of the Climate Change Commission.

He is a professor of Geology and Environmental Science in UP Diliman.

According to his LinkedIn account, David was appointed as Undersecretary for Scientific and Technical Services of the DENR. —Ana Felicia Bajo/ VAL, GMA Integrated News
