Marcos renames complaint center to Presidential Action Center

President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has signed an executive order renaming the Presidential Complaint Center (PCC) as Presidential Action Center (PAC).

Through Executive Order No. 15, Marcos said there is a need to rename the PCC "to ensure that its name is consistent with the nature and scope of its work,"

The PCC was established to maintain a platform that will receive requests, complaints, and grievances from the general public, and refer them to concerned government agencies.

Marcos said Executive Order No. 9, which created the PCC, is hereby amended insofar as it is inconsistent with EO No. 15.

"All orders, rules, regulations, and issuances or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this Order, are hereby repealed or modified accordingly," EO No. 15 stated. —Anna Felicia Bajo/KBK, GMA Integrated News
