Chel Diokno likens Martial Law to modern-day Game of Thrones

In the latest episode of The Howie Severino Podcast, human rights lawyer Chel Diokno recalled his and his family's experiences while the Philippines was under Martial Law.

"I was there, you know.  I was 11 years old when Martial Law was declared... It was like living in a modern Game of Thrones," Diokno said.
