CA OKs appointments of Philippine envoy to Japan, DFA execs, 50 military officers

Lawmakers on Wednesday confirmed the appointments of the Philippine ambassador to Japan, two Foreign Affairs officials, and 50 military officers.

The Commission on Appointments approved the appointments of Mylene Garcia-Albano as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Japan, Voltaire Mauricio as Chief of Mission Class II, and Val Simon Roque as career minister.

The Armed Forces of the Philippines officials whose appointments were confirmed were the following:
